This outstanding coffee comes directly from my favorite farm in Nicaragua. This particular Caturra (Arabica varietal) is a honey processed coffee, which is a method of depulping the coffee cherries without the typical washed processing. This allows the fruit to dry on the coffee seeds adding sugars and more complex flavors to remain on the green coffee prior to roasting. The results are a more flaverful, more complex coffee! Expect overtones of Vanilla and Chocolate with abundant natural sweetness. Enjoy!
