Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Natural

A beautiful Single Origen GRADE 1 Ethiopian from the Gedeb growing region. This coffee is very silky and notably creamy with lovely notes of Strawberry, Cream and Chocolate with floral notes of sweet Hibiscus. This is a very rich and silky coffee with a subtle, slightly fruit forward signature. The sweetness is notable but entirely balanced.
